Villa near the sea side with large private SWIMMING POOL of 40m2 and authentic TRULLO from 1884. Trullomio is the ideal holiday villa for both a group or a family. SEA-view roof top, INTERNET, Parking, BBQ, view on fig and olive trees, 4000m2 large garden. BEACH, Restaurant, bus stop, Grocery, Church, Bar, Playground, Tennis club and outdoor Gym are at walking distance. Do not miss the Ionian SUNSET, with sun falling down in the sea, while tasting a Primitivo wine.

An outdoor shower will allow you to refresh after swimming in the sea.

Perfect for 15 guests, it can accomodate up to 17 people (2 guests in the living and 1 guest on a folding bed).

Bathrooms:
There are two bathrooms with sink, shower, toilet, wc and bidet. And a third shower outside on the terrace.

Fully equipped kitchen / living:
TV, air conditioner, fridge / freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, mixer, microwave, iron.

Outside space:
The TERRACES are covered with sun-shades in bamboo to protect you from the sun, where you can have breakfast and dinner or lie on the sun loungers. And also: BARBECUE, private PARKING place for many cars and a HUGE GARDEN where you can pick mediterranean FRUITS: pomegranates, (cactus) figs, quinces, apricots and plums directly from the tree.

Guest access
You will have EXCLUSIVE use of the entire house, garden, swimming pool and parking space protected by a gate.
