Beautiful and walkable

Guests say this area is scenic and it’s easy to get around.
A unique holiday apartment near the Promenade in Leven, close to the beach and the Fife Coastal Path. Unfortunately not safe for infants and children up to 12. Ground level, one double bedroom, en-suite shower room, kitchen and living room with sofa-bed. The apartment is part of Trinity House (Shell House), a historical building, former tourist attraction. Enjoy a peaceful holiday in a great location, near the train and bus station, High Street and the beach. No smoking or pets.

The space
The apartment is on the ground floor of a 3-level Victorian house, with its private entrance. The walled garden is shared with the hosts.

Other things to note
We do not charge cleaning fees. Instead, we ask that you help us in looking after the place and tidy after yourself.

The double bed's dimentions are 54" x 76" (137cm x 190cm).

Please note that the fireplace in the living room is decorative only, non-functional.

Following STL license conditions, the guests are asked not to first arrive and finally depart between the hours of 11pm and 7am. In exceptional circumstances, please discuss this with the host.

Neighborhood highlights

Leven is a seaside town situated on Fife Coastal Path. Leven’s coast and long sandy beaches are a big attraction and there are lovely walks in the large parks of Letham Glen and Silverburn. Golf is also a major draw with two courses at Scoonie and Leven Links. Leven mouth Leisure Centre is an all-weather attraction with a large, modern indoor swimming pool, complete with flumes and wave machine, as well as great sports facilities. Trinity House is right at the mouth of Leven High Street and next to the Leven bus and train station. It will only take you a couple of minutes to walk to the beach from here. Fans of golf will enjoy 2 local courses which are a 15 min walk from the apartment. The famous Old Course is in St Andrews, 38 min by bus or a 30 min drive from our apartment. If you follow TV show Outlander, you will find several filming locations nearby.
