Very central, served by the two most central metro stations in Rome, Spagna and Flaminio, this luxurious, spacious residence welcomes the guest, offering an unforgettable experience.

The space
When you rent the entire ISpagna apartment, you find yourself in a real historic eighteenth-century home where the original ceilings are still preserved and in some rooms you can observe the original coffered ceilings. You will have 3 large double suites at your disposal, on request it is also possible to add a crib for small children; in addition there are two living rooms that have two double sofas, strong and stable with large dimensions, therefore 1.60 m for 2, in separate spaces. Both are equipped with a good mattress, top and pillows! I care about rest!!! In the apartment you will always find linen, towels, mats, sheets, blankets and everything you need for personal and household cleaning.

Guests of Is Spagna can use all the spaces, except for a small storage room that I generally lock.
At the entrance there is a covered balcony where I have extra linen if needed (but please let me know, I have a personal order) and I leave it available for luggage so that at pre-check-in or post-check-out time you can always have the possibility of a last walk for our beautiful historic center. I am extremely available and happy to let you enjoy the most beautiful vacation in the world, but ask me and we will find a way.
