Adorable and charming waterfront cottage on Round Lake in Trempealeau, WI. Sandwiched between some of the best fisheries in the area, including Long Lake, Third Lake, Second Lake, First Lake and the Mississippi River.

This home is completely renovated with a large porch to enjoy the view of the lake. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 updated bathroom and can sleep 5 guests. Enjoy the large shaded yard for games or relaxing during the day.

Plenty of birds, ducks, eagles and wildlife to watch too!

The space
Bedroom 1 has 1 full size bed and 1 lofted twin size bed (best suited for a child). Bedroom 2 has 1 queen size bed.

The bathroom is situated down the hallway between the bedrooms with an on demand water heater, rain shower and washer/dryer combo.

The home has an open concept kitchen and living room. Spacious and well stocked kitchen with all the amenities you might need. Full size refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee bar. Living Room includes plenty of comfortable seating and large smart TV.

Outdoors there is a hammock, outdoor couch, loungers and chairs to use! The game horseshoes is set up to play and there is a fire pit to use.

Trempealeau is considered the bird city of Wisconsin! Enjoy watching a variety of birds come to the feeders on the porch or in the yard (bird seed is provided inside and you can fill up the feeders if you’d like).

The neighborhood where the cottage is located is very small, secluded and quiet. Trempealeau is a very quiet and small town. There are a few restaurants and bars in the area to enjoy. The closest grocery store is 18 minutes away in Holmen, WI (Festival Foods). Perrot State Park is 10 minutes away with beautiful scenery, hiking trails and walking paths. Lots of hiking and biking trails nearby the house as well.
