Welcome to Treetip Falls! Freshly remodeled in 2022 with a new hot tub this year. This charming two bedroom and two bathroom cabin, located in Gatlinburg Falls Resort, is close to all the attractions in Gatlinburg and the Sugarland's entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park while maintaining that secluded mountain atmosphere inside the resort. Space to sleep up to 8 guests, you and your whole family can have as much fun, relaxing and quality time as you want in the Great Smoky Mountains.

The space
After parking in the private paved driveway that accommodates three cars or two large vehicles. You will enter the cabin on the main floor that takes you into the kitchen and dining room area. The kitchen comes fully stocked and has a table big enough to seat all eight guests comfortably. The living room features a comfy sofa and leather chair with a fireplace and a smart flat screen TV.

Moving past the kitchen area you will gain access to the main floor bathroom and bedroom. This bedroom features a king size bed, fireplace and flat screen TV. It has its own entrance to the bathroom and a private balcony.

Across from the main floor bedroom and bathroom is the laundry room which guests will have full access to a full size stacked washer and dryer. From there we head upstairs to the recreational room, second bedroom and bathroom.

The recreational room upstairs features a full-size pool table, air hockey table, flat screen TV, arcade games and a queen over queen bunkbed. The loft also has access to the porch which features a brand new private seven person hot tub and some rocking chairs for lounging. There are family fun games located in the dresser near the upstairs bathroom. No one should be bored with this room setup!

Off of the recreational room is the second bedroom and bathroom. This bedroom features another king bed and a flat screen tv for our guests to enjoy after a long day on the trails.

Guest access
You will have your own paved parking area and can gain entrance to the cabin using our Smartlock.

Gatlinburg Falls Resort provides a community pool that our guests will have access to. This is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. This varies on weather and is at the discretion of the resort management.

Other things to note
*We have replaced the pinball machine with a different arcade game.
*The fire place in the downstairs bedroom is intermittently working and we are currently looking for a replacement.
**The old hot tub pictured was replaced with a brand new 7 person!

Treetip Vacation Rentals is owned and operated by two guys (Dan & Kyle) that met while serving in the Marine Corps. They purchased their first property back in 2020 with hopes to create a small business that would allow them to bring their families together once a year, while also creating a space that would allow them to host other families and guests that are looking to make long lasting memories with the special people in their lives.
