All Arrowhead Lake Community HOA fees must be paid separately online **at least 1 day prior to arrival**:

💳 **Temporary Membership** (children under 6 free)
- 🌞 In Season (May 24 – Sept 2): $8.50/person/day or $42.50/person/week
- ❄️ Off Season (Sept 3 – May 23): $2/person/day

🚗 **Gate Pass:** $20/vehicle/stay
📝 **Administration Fee:** $20/stay
⏰ **HOA Late Fee:** $100 (applies if registration or payment is completed less than 3 days before arrival)

❗ Fees are set by the community; we cannot waive or discount them.
🖊️ After booking, we provide an online form to submit guest names, number of children, and car info.
⏳ All fees must be **paid at least 3 days before arrival** to avoid the $100 late fee.
📌 If your booking is made less than 3 days before arrival, the $100 HOA late fee will be added on the community registration form we provide.
🚫 The community does **not** accept registrations, payments, or changes made less than 1 day prior to arrival.

Escape to the tranquil community of Arrowhead Lake, a beautifully maintained private and gated community. With three heated outdoor pools and snack bars open during the summer season, and four beaches with playgrounds surrounding two stunning lakes, there's something for everyone. Rent a rowboat, canoe, paddle boat, or bike at the rental shack (open summer season) and enjoy fishing, hiking, tennis courts, kids' activities, and clubs. When the pools close from Labor Day until Memorial Day, year-round activities take place in the community lodge. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from I-380 and I-80.
