Nature and rustic luxury in one self-contained space best describes Treehouse de Valentine. Unconventional for the right reasons, this dream house is the perfect nest away from the hustle and bustle of Cebu City. Dine and rest in the heart of nature – bathe in your own wooden bathtub, finish an overdue read by the balcony, or relax on the most comfortable king-sized beds in this 3-bedroom abode. If your soul warrants it, go for a swim in the perpetually cold waters of your own little river!

The space
WHAT TO EXPECT WITHIN THE PROPERTY

The treehouse can accommodate only up to a maximum of 12 guests.

There are two rooms located on the upper floor, one with its own balcony overlooking the river. Both rooms have king-sized beds, the first one has two single pull-outs. Both floors have full bathrooms (toilet and shower); the upper floor has a wooden bathtub. The riverside patio also has its own shower. There are two hammocks perfect for relaxing by the riverside patio. Only the top shower has hot water. All toilets have built-in bidet (Japanese-type).

The lower floor is one big al fresco space where you can find the living room, kitchen, another bed, and another balcony. Guests must be well-accustomed to sharing the lower floor together as it is an open space.

FIRST TIME IN THE FOREST?

Our cleaning standards are at the highest but this does not guarantee zero encounters with the occasional spider, frog, lizard, mosquito, or other insects. Please do not attempt to touch them. If you need help with these encounters, please don't hesitate to contact one of our in-house staff. Do not panic, animals are friends.

Guests are encouraged to follow these instructions:
- Draw the mosquito net curtains closed in the living area before dark.
- Keep lights minimal at night to avoid insects.
- Turn on the bug killer lamp and use the bug spray repellent provided.
- In case of rain, ask Rene (on-site manager) to lower the canopy in the living area.

It's important to consider all these before booking - remember that you are guests immersed in nature. Be also prepared for a complete off-the-grid experience.

- On-site manager can arrange for a guided trips around the vicinity, as well as take you to local restaurants and tourist spots.
- More meals outside the free breakfast options may be provided at added costs. If you have any food limitations or allergies please be sure to let us know ahead.
- We offer massage services from a third party local therapist, requests should be made in advance and subject to availability
- There's a specific area within the property for BBQ.
- Select drinks and other goods are available at the reception.
- Laundry services are provided at added costs.
- Bins are emptied out daily; beds are made daily, linens and towels changed as required.
- Reception is available daily from 6am to 9pm.
- CCTV coverage is provided for security.
- In case of blackout, there is a property-owned generator for backup.
- 2 SMALL pets are allowed subject to added charges. See Pet Policy.

PRE CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS

Upon confirmation of your booking, please submit the complete names of all guests checking-in. Only endorsed guests shall be allowed access to the property. All guests are required to submit valid IDs (passport for foreign visitors and any government-issued ID for locals). All guests are required to sign a waiver for non-liability upon arrival which means the treehouse cannot be held liable for any damages, loss, or injury while checked in. Only guests who submit all pre check-in requirements are allowed access to the property.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

Check-in time is at 3 pm. Check-out is at 11 am. Please be guided that all guests need to check-in and out at the exact times as the staff needs ample time to prepare for the next guests.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of P2,000 is required prior check-in. This is fully refundable upon check out provided no damages inside the property incurred during the stay and if check-out schedule is followed accordingly.

QUIET TIME POLICY

To ensure a peaceful and serene experience for all of our guests, we kindly ask that quiet time begins at 8:00 PM.

Many visitors choose to stay at the Treehouse for moments of solitude, reflection, and recuperation, and we strive to maintain a tranquil atmosphere for everyone.
