Just 90 miles from Chicago and adjacent to Warren Dunes State Park, this beautifully remodeled home hidden in the trees is the perfect escape. With accommodations up to 6 on four levels of living space, you'll enjoy an indoor/outdoor living experience like no other. Conveniently just 200 yards from the beach with walking path access at the end of the street and easy access to all the activities this area has to offer.

Live: Created with the entertainer in mind- our open concept living room/dining room combo is the perfect place to hang out. Whether you're back from a great day at the beach or cozied up to a fire, you'll love the wall of windows and soaring 22-foot ceilings!

Cook: We LOVE to cook! And our updated, modern kitchen has everything you need to show off your culinary chops. Seriously... no dull knives and broken can openers here folks!

Eat: Step outside, light some candles, and listen to the waves of Lake Michigan while you dine al fresco on the screened porch with seating for six.

Sleep: Whether you score the king or you're sleeping among the trees in the loft bedroom... our beds are all super comfortable with high-quality sheets, duvets, and plenty of extra pillows!

Relax: You do you! Whether an afternoon lounging on the deck with a glass of rosé is your jam... or you duck down to the cozy den with a good book, there is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your time away.

Connect: Fully equipped WiFi throughout, Two TV's with Apple TV, Hulu and Netflix and our Sonos music system are all available for your use.

EV Charger: Tesla charger conveniently located on-site for your use.

Guest access
The house is located in a secluded neighborhood on a one-way dirt road. There is no street parking.

Other things to note
The primary dining space is on the outdoor screened porch and can fit six people with an extendable table. Indoors, there is a table for four (can squeeze 5) and four 70's style TV tray/tables in the den.

In an effort to continue to allow pets, new reservations made after June 29, 2026 will incur a non-refundable pet fee. Specific rules for pets can be found in the house rules.

Beach and park access is via the public trail at the end of our street. It's about a 8 minute walk from the house to the beach. There is no direct access from the house, and please do not trespass on our neighbors' properties.

We are a carbon neutral property, offsetting our annual creation of carbon through a tree-planting initiative with Klima
