This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.
Tropical & minimalist house with local vibe.
We used to rent per room. Now, you will have the whole house with 3 bedrooms and a dipping pool. No staff during your stay, full privacy during your stay. No party thou!

Semi-open concept house. All bedrooms have both wall-fan & (starting Aug2023) aircon.

Motorbike can be park in our garden. Car park at our neighbor's yard (100m from the house), IDR20K pernight percar.

Motorbike and car rental available.
and tours are also available by request.

The space
Consider this as your new home. A home for travelers who search for some quiet time to relax, chill and enjoy the real Yogyakarta's local life. If you feel like to cook, kitchen is available for you to use.

Local food stalls and top rated international restaurants are within walking distance.

Within 15 minutes walk: Alun-alun Kidul (Sultan Palace South Park). Prawirotaman tourist area (bar & restaurants). Taman Sari (Water Castle). Art Galleries: Cemeti Art House, Langgeng Art Foundation, Ark Gallery.

Within 10 minutes drive: Keraton Yogyakarta (Sultan Palace). Jalan Malioboro. Beringharjo Market. PASTY Market. Tugu Yogyakarta Station / Airport Train & Lempuyangan Station are about 4 km away.

House facilities:
- 3 Bedrooms with aircon (Price stated for max 6 persons). Additional person pinalti IDR50K-100K per night (of any age) without extra bed given. DM to confirm.
- Outdoor dipping pool (Basin pool).
- Dining Room
- Kitchen (stove & fridge)
- Powerful Cold shower
- Living Room with TV (local channels + android box)
- CCTV facing to access doors (exit doors). No CCTV is placed facing private area such as bedrooms, dining, shower.

No washing machine is available. There are laundry services nearby, very affordable.

Full privacy during your stay, HOWEVER...This house is linked to an emergency door for our neighbors just in case of earthquake, fire etc. Their main exit is too narrow. Therefore we have provide them an emergency door via our house. Some still part of our family. Just FYI.

Other things to note
Self-check-in (key box): An access code & how to get to our house will be given the day before your arrival. No staff to greet you.

Check in starts @15:00. Not possible to drop your bags earlier. You can chill at the nearby coffee shop (Toko Kopi OETAMA) until check in time. It's only 3 minutes away walking.

Check out max @11:00. Not possible to keep your bags in the house after CO time. We do not have late check out storage area.

Located in the city, Malioboro & Prawirotaman area is a few minutes ride away. Where local life and tourism meets. Easy access to local food and international cuisine (Yogya's best). Totally the place where you would like to be to enjoy the real Yogya's life. Calm but yet exciting.
