Two 1800 year old hand hewn bed side floating tables - one with an IPhone/Android compatible USB 3 port charging dock (cords not included). An extra queen sized blowup mattress and sheets are found in the closet. Ironing board and iron are located inside the closet as well.

Other things to note
No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited on the entire premises, both within the house and on the property grounds. This prohibition includes smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping, or any other smoking device. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond the said fee.
Outages
Please note that power outages may occasionally occur due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to ensure a comfortable stay, these situations are beyond our control. There are no refunds for cable/wifi/power outages. We recommend planning accordingly and appreciate your understanding.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please be respectful of your neighbors and refrain from making any noise that can be heard outside the home during these hours. This includes talking loudly, playing music, or using any other noise-making devices.
Thermostat
To prevent damage, the A/C may not be lowered below 67 degrees Fahrenheit at anytime during your stay and the heater above 75 degrees Fahrenheit.
Childproofing
There is no childproofing on this property. We ask that you be with your children at ALL times.
Personal Property: Note that our insurance doesn't cover damage to your belongings; you are responsible for their safety.
Property Damage: Any missing or damaged items caused by your guests will be your responsibility to replace.
Accidents: Report any breakages promptly.
