"Charming house in the desireable Wauwatosa community walkable to shops, restaurants, parks, Menomonee river parkway, downtown Tosa; with 5 min drive to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin and Froedtert Hospital. Just 12 min away from Downtown Milwaukee and 7 minutes from Miller Park Stadium, Miller Park Brewery, and Harley Davison Brewery. Our fully furnished 3 bed, 2 bath house is clean, comfortable, cozy. Great for individuals, families, groups.

This 1927 Farmhouse perfectly located in Wauwatosa is only a 12 min drive to Downtown Milwaukee. We have renovated this old charming 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home. Unit has 2 Roku TV's, internet connection, office area, laundry area , and a fully equipped kitchen. Most of the furniture and accessories are newly purchased, including stove, washer and dryer, beds, sofa, linens and more. We want you to have a cozy comfortable experience in our home enjoy and love it as much as we do.

Access to entire house except the garage but there are 2 parking spaces outside the garage in the back of the house to get to then you will need to go around to the alley.
