- DAMAGE - If tenant causes any damage to the home, the tenant will be responsible to pay for it. Please take good care of the home, as if it were your own.
- Utilities cap on $700 max - if it goes above this amount, then tenant has to pay the difference. Please be mindful to turn off jacuzzi when not in use and AC at normal range.
- SUBLET of this home IS NOT ALLOWED. Guest bookings will be automatically cancelled if any rules are broken.
- We live in a quiet neighborhood and this is not the right house if you plan to have parties in the backyard.
