Topdeck (Flat 3 Kensington House) Saundersfoot.
Delightful and cozy self contained 2 bedroom apartment situated within a 2 minute walk of the beach in the idyllic harbour town of Saundersfoot. Ideal for 4 but will sleep 6 with the sofa bed. In the heart of the town, you will have shops, bars and restaurants all within a short walk of the front door. Shops, bars and restaurants are all within a short easy walk of the property. Its our family holiday place, and we love it!
The space
The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with 2 flights of outdoor wooden stairs, therefore care is needed, especially when wet & with young children. Towels and bedding are provided for our guests comfort & convenience they must not be taken outside of the apartment for any reason. There are 2 outside decking areas, which get the sun most of the day, they have the number 3 and a sign on them, and are for Top Deck guests only. There are 4 deck chairs available in the storage box on the decking, as well as a stand for portable bbqs. Please do not allow pets on the bed, if they are used to being on the furniture, we would prefer you to cover it! Thankyou!

Other things to note
We provide sanitising gel and wipes. These are for use whilst in the apartment. The cleaning process is always thorough and includes sanitisation of all surfaces. We ask guests to put used towels into the wash bags provided as these can be put straight into the washing machine reducing the amount of linen the cleaners have to touch.
Two fans are available for guests comfort in the summer months.
If you bring a dog, please can you bring your own dog towels and coverings for furniture, as we are unable to provide these.

Hi I’m Darren. My partner Nic and I both adore Saundersfoot and have been regular visitors to the area for a number of years now and jumped at the chance when the opportunity to obtain Top Deck came up. We both love the out doors especially the coast and we love nothing more than a long stroll with our little dog Honey. We want nothing more then to ensure our guests have a great and comfortable stay when visiting the wonderful Pembrokeshire countryside and coastal areas!
IMPORTANT CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION :-
WE HAVE TAKEN ALL REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS TO SAFEGUARD OUR FLAT AND GUESTS AGAINST THE RISK OF CORONAVIRUS. ALL BEDDING, TOWELS AND TEA TOWELS ETC WILL BE DEEP WASHED AT A MINIMUM OF 60C. AS WELL AS THE REGULAR CLEANING, WE WILL SPRAY AND WIPE ALL HIGH CONTACT SURFACES, SUCH AS WORK TOPS, SWITCHES, REMOTE CONTROLS, DOOR HANDLES ETC WITH ANTI BACTERIAL PRODUCT WE WILL ALSO PROVIDE ANTIBACTERIAL HAND GEL FOR OUR GUESTS PERSONAL USE DURING THEIR STAY AT TOPDECK. AS SUCH WE HAVE TO MOVE OUR NORMAL CHECK IN TIME OF 1500 BACK TO 1600.. WE APOLOGISE FOR THIS BUT WE FEEL IT NECESSARY TO ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO CARRY OUT THE ADDITIONAL TASKS WHEN CLEANING THE FLAT PRIOR TO OUR GUESTS ARRIVAL.
