• A mini split keeps things comfy year-round. Ceiling fans and windows open for fresh mountain air, and the gas fireplace or infrared heaters keep you toasty October through February. Guests turn them on when you arrive and off when you head out or check out.

• If there’s charcoal on-site, help yourself — fire up the grill and cook like a mountain chef. Firewood under the carport? You’re welcome to use it in the Solo Stove firepit.

• 🚚 Surprise Saturday Trash Person 🧓: A local old-timer might roll up around 8 AM on Saturday to haul your trash. He might come, he might not — consider it part of the mountain charm.

• 🌿 Tidy Trails: When nature’s been working overtime, our landscaper may pass through to restore a little balance to the land and its edges, Mother Nature decides the timing, and we will try to give you a heads up.
SMOKE-FREE 🚭
• 🚭 No Smoking / Vaping: Our cabin sits right next to the Chattahoochee National Forest, so no puffin’ allowed anywhere on the property.
