It's a tiny house! There is one large queen bed in the common space and a room with bunk beds. Bathroom has a shower with tub.

The house sits on 35 acres of at Underhill Farm and is close to Cornell, IC, Ithaca, parks, restaurants and dining, great views, art and culture. You’ll love it because of the views of the pond and grazing sheep on the hillside and the chance to experience living simply in a tiny home.
