The space
🏡 What is the setup like?

The ground floor area integrates the living room and kitchen in a compact and functional environment, equipped with essential items for everyday life. The layout was designed to take advantage of every meter with organization and practicality. There is also a private bathroom with a shower.

The iron L-shaped staircase reinforces the industrial personality of the vertical design and leads to the bedroom on the upper level, which is more reserved and private.

The room is spacious and cozy, with air-conditioning that cools the entire unit, a 50" Smart TV and a desk.

Because it is a Tiny House with a vertical layout, VERY TALL people should be careful when climbing the stairs.

NOT RECOMMENDED FOR VERY YOUNG CHILDREN OR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY.

The Tiny House was designed to provide the best experience possible for up to 2 (TWO) PEOPLE.

After several requests, we are now accommodating a third person and providing an extra bed. Even so, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THE CONFIGURATION FOR 3 (THREE) GUESTS, as it reduces the comfort and functionality of the space.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the reserved unit throughout their stay.

“Tiny Bem-Te-Vi” is located on the 2nd floor of the Solar D'Ati Building, with access via stairs (there is no elevator).

Access to the floor is shared with other units in the building.

There are no additional leisure areas or common spaces beyond the internal circulation.

Other things to note
The accommodation is part of the Edificação Solar D'Ati, which is composed of apartments and tiny houses and functions “as a small residential condominium” with a family profile, where we value good coexistence between residents and guests.

It is in a residential street, very quiet and without exit, with predominantly circulation of residents. At the end of it there is a wooded public square in a residential area with controlled access, which contributes to a quieter and more reserved environment.

The region offers excellent infrastructure just a few minutes away: large market chains (Guanabara, Prezunic and Supermarket), drugstores (Raia, Drogasmil and neighborhood pharmacies), the region's main shopping mall (Center Shopping), gyms (Bodytech, Smart Fit and others), the Lona Cultural Jacob do Bandolim, as well as cafes, bakeries, restaurants and gastronomic poles. We also offer a guide with suggestions from the region we visit.

Located in the Tanque district, very close to the center of Pechincha and the BRT Tanque Terminal. It is a very strategic location. We have quick access to two exits of the Yellow Line and also to Grajaú-Jacarepaguá, which greatly facilitates the movement to different regions of the city, such as Barra da Tijuca, Zona Sul, airports and important places of events and tourism, such as Maracanã, Engenhão, Olympic Park and Riocentro.

Parking is carried out on the street, free of charge and usually with ease, including in front of the building. No private space booked.

The building follows internal rules of coexistence, applicable to all residents and guests, reinforcing the standard of organization and respect for the space. The main guidelines are described in the house rules.

19 years very happily married, 1 stepson, I love being with friends, preferably with a good wine or a very cold beer (even more so if the oven is on full blast, lol). I study the Bible regularly and try to have meaningful, aggregating, and humorous conversations. Law: Respect everyone! Traveling and anything that has contact with nature brings me real pleasure, always with gastronomy (of course!). I like to play footvolley, do my workouts and go for a run 3x a week whenever possible.
