It is located just 1 km from the paradisiacal Mozambique beach, in the Rio Vermelho neighborhood, where to get there, you will pass through a trail with sand dunes and beautiful natural landscapes.
We are just 7 km from Ingleses Beach and 8 km from Barra da Lagoa.

The space
The villa is located in the same place where the amphritrions live, but the host has all privacy, as it is totally independent. We have pets! There are 4 super gentle and polite felines. They keep circling around the patio, so it's very important that guests like animals or don't care about their presence.

The property is located in the Rio Vermelho neighborhood, close to shops and Moçambique beach. Less than 15 minutes by car is the Ingleses district, where we have the largest infrastructure on the island and one of the busiest beaches during the season. It is also close to the beaches of the east of the island, such as Barra da Lagoa, soft beach, Joaquina and Lagoa da Conceição.

The little house was all designed to provide a comfortable and comfortable stay. It has a balcony with hammock for resting, complete kitchen with utensils, stove and gas oven, microwave, electric kettle and refrigerator.

In the mezzanine we have 1 double mattress, 1 mattress (ideal for 1 child) a rustic shelf of wood, rack and 32 inch TV with chromecast.

We have pets! There are 4 cats! They spend most of their time inside my house or walking freely around the courtyard. Therefore, guests must like animals or not mind their presence.

Rio Vermelho is an ideal neighborhood for those seeking tranquility. Still with rural characteristics, where you see people riding horses and large pastures with oxen and other animals. The view is certainly one of the most privileged on the island, as the neighborhood is surrounded by hills and lots of greenery. Mozambique Beach is the most preserved and extensive in Floripa. It is 8 km of shoreline and exuberant beauty.

We are a quiet and hospitable family. We have lived in the Rio Vermelho neighborhood since 2018. I have a course Tecnico em Transações Imobiliarias and work with vacation rentals since 2017. Today I have two accommodations, the Tiny house Mozambique and little house Zen. The purpose is to provide a rustic and welcoming space for guests. We are only 1 km from the beach of mozambique and a few km from the busiest beaches of Floripa.
