Welcome to your magical getaway in the Redwoods! Please read our guest reviews for the best description of what you’ll experience during your stay here. Our guests say it best!
Tiny House in the Redwoods is nestled next to the redwood forest with a private patio space and hot tub in front, a goat pasture in the back, and a private parking spot right outside the door. You can relax on the patio, in the hot tub, or watch the goats frolicking in the pasture while you stroll through the property.
The space
“Tiny House in the Redwoods” is a newly built spacious tiny home that sits behind our backyard and is separate/private from our home. It has it's own parking spot, patio/yard with a hot tub, hammock (seasonally), bistro set, and view of the goat pasture and redwood forest.
Guest access
Private parking right in front of the tiny house.
Other things to note
PRIVACY: * The tiny house is located on our private property, so we expect guests to be respectful of our home, our neighbors, and the surroundings.
Our family includes dogs and cats, so you may hear or see them during your stay, but all are friendly and mostly quiet and to themselves. There is a fence between our space and the tiny house, so interactions with our pets won't be a common occurrence. But this is their home so they may want to come say hi on occasion and although it's private, the fence doesn't stop sounds from carrying over so please be aware that you may hear them (and/or us) on the other side of the fence during your stay (although never during the night).
FOREST WILDLIFE: * We live right next to the redwood forest and all of the wildlife that comes with it. So guests should treat the outdoor space like they would when camping. It's important not to leave any food outside and to be aware that there may be sightings of deer, foxes, skunks, raccoons, chipmunks (or maybe even a bear or mountain lion). Although sightings of the latter two are very rare, we recommend that people do not approach any wild animal that may be spotted on or around the property.
CLEANLINESS: * Everything is cleaned and sanitized with great care and attention to detail each and every time. It’s very important to us that our guests have a worry-free stay and can rest assured knowing that the entire space is clean and fresh for them when they arrive. We take this very seriously.
