Escape to a cozy retreat convenient to Winston-Salem and N. Wilkesboro. Our charming tiny house is the perfect holiday hideaway. Experience serenity in a well-equipped space, surrounded by nature. In the heart of Yadkin Wine Country, it has everything you need for your trip to Yadkin County. Close to local wineries as well as surrounding counties within the Yadkin Valley AVA, an American Viticultural Area that includes land in seven counties of northwestern North Carolina.

The space
The tiny house features a loft with full bed, convertible sofa to twin bed, kitchen with stove and oven, bathroom with shower, AC / heat. The house is situated on 8.6 acres.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the tiny house and parking space. Exterior space surrounding the tiny house (outdoor seating area, fire pit).

Other things to note
The space includes a fully furnished kitchen with stove top and oven for those wanting to make their own meals. Mini fridge with top freezer. Dine or work from the convertible table. Easily hides away when not in use. Outdoor entertaining area with fire pit, 4 Adirondack chairs, table and chairs to eat a meal at.

Zirrus fiber internet provided with 257 mbps download and 264 mbps upload speeds.

USB A and C adapters.

Evolve Aircat whole house water filtration system. The system performs a backwash process every 3 days that runs for about an hour. It is scheduled to run midday to minimize disruptions to guests.

Unique red block tobacco barns built in 1940 on property. We recently lost one to a fallen tree. You are free to photograph but do not enter or mess with the barns as they are fragile. We assume no responsibility for injuries during your stay.

Neighborhood highlights

Once part of a 200+ acre farm, many of the surrounding homes are owned by heirs of the family. Rural area but close to dining, grocery stores, and activities.

Visit ncwine dot org to see the surrounding wineries. They range from quaint to grand throughout the region, each having their own unique style and blends of wine. Many offer events and concerts throughout the year. A few have restaurants on site.

Only 26 miles to N. Wilkesboro Speedway. An easy drive up 421.


The Tiny House has a loft with a full-size mattress. The main living area has a Serta sofa that easily converts into a twin bed. (Bedding - pillow, sheets, quilt- is provided however the guest will need to make it themselves. Bedding is stored under the bench seats in the living room.) The bench is cushioned with a cot mattress and may accommodate a small person or child for additional sleeping space. Please advise if you will be needing this additional sleeping space as listing is currently set at 3.
