Tiny Bear is 3 miles from the parkway in Pigeon Forge and 1/4 mile from the trolley stop. Close to town yet surrounded by wildlife such as bears, turkeys and deer. A creek runs through the front of the property. A spacious front porch awaits you as well as a firepit area. This 2br/1 bath has a queen bed in each room Washer/ dryer and a fully equipped kitchen available. Wifi, 3 tv's and dedicated work space in home. Pet friendly under 40#. Get to Ripkin without getting on the parkway.

The space
Brand New construction in 2024. 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bath just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, Ripkin Experience as well as Cades Cove and Metcalf Bottoms.

Nestled right off Walden's Creek Road the property has a small creek running through the front of it. The home is 3 miles from the Parkway in the center of Pigeon Forge. Easy access to Pigeon Forge or Wears Valley with this beautifully decorated space.

Outdoors provides you with a firepit/grill , adirondack chairs, outdoor dining space on the covered porch as well as rocking chairs. Comfortably seats 4 people at every space. Games are provided for your enjoyment as well. It's the best of both worlds in this rural environment yet just a hop skip and a jump from the hustle and bustle.

New this year is pool access. Info will be sent in your check in insturctions.

New this season is free outdoor pool access 15 minutes from the cabin (9 miles) in beautifully Wears Valley @ Honeysuckle Meadows located at 4005 Tomahawk way Sevierville. There is a pool, catch 'n release pond and deli on the property.

We are a pet friendly home for 1 pet only under 40#. Pet fee is $99/ stay.
