Welcome to Tiny Pinecone Camp, your own full hookup site for your home on wheels. Bring your RV, camper, tiny house, or skoolie. There is Power, Water, and Septic hookups included for your camper. A 30 foot wide driveway entrance leads to level 15 foot wide gravel parking pad for your rig. Level back-in site in a rural neighborhood. You get the whole campsite space to yourself. Private on 3 sides. Open view to the road and neighborhood houses. Close to Cleveland, TN. 30 minutes to Chattanooga.

The space
Back-in RV campsite. Flat grassy and wooded lot with gravel driveway. Privacy fence between you and the closest neighbor towards the back of the lot. Woods on both sides and an open street view. Chairs, fire pit, picnic table included.

Site includes a full RV hookup with 20/30/50 amp power, water, septic system, trash pickup, lawn care, picnic table, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, park-style fire pit grill. Friendly quiet pets of all kinds are welcome. Long driveway with room for extra car parking and friends. Over 40 foot campers may be tight getting backed in the driveway. May need a spotter to back in off the road. 30 foot wide driveway entrance.

This is a small private property with only RV hookups in a rural neighborhood community with other houses and mobile homes in the area. It is not a large RV park or commercial campground. No RV neighbors parked right beside you! Weekly and Monthly rental (28 days) is discounted on Airbnb. No extra charges for power, water, septic, trash, guests, parking, or cleaning...everything is included.

The fence marks the property boundary to the back.

Other things to note
You will need to back in to the site off the road. It’s not a very busy road. Hunt Road in Cleveland, Tennessee.
Tent camping by itself is not allowed, since this is a neighborhood property with no bathroom on site. You must bring a camper or RV.
