Have you always wanted to sleep in such a small, sweet house? A nice, compact place where you have everything you really need at hand, but can leave all unnecessary noise behind you? A space where you can come to yourself again, make beautiful memories together and hear birds chirping all day long?

Good news: at Fest you've come to the right place.

In the tiny, next to the ground floor, there is a loft with a double bed.

The space
Tiny studio Fest is really a tiny house with an area of only 16m2. Despite the small space, you will find everything you need, exactly as the concept is. The room has beautiful large windows, so it is always wonderfully light and looks spacious.

The ground floor has an attractive decor. With a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, combi microwave and induction plate. A dining area, sitting area with television, cupboard with storage space and a bathroom with all amenities. There is also some entertainment in the cupboard such as games, books and a music box.

On warmer days you can use the air conditioning, which makes the temperature wonderfully pleasant. The pellet stove, on the other hand, is there to make the colder days cozy.

In the tiny house, next to the ground floor, there is a loft with a double bed.

All spaces, besides the tiny house, the park also offers a swimming pool, a sauna and rental of bikes, boats and electric scooters.

The tiny studio is in a quiet nice spot in Olburgen, on the edge of a park with some other tiny houses around it. Which makes the tiny house experience complete, but with the space and shelter for enough privacy. Next to the tiny studio is a hot tub, which you are free to use. There is also a communal fire pit and in the evening a string of lights burns to complete the atmosphere. It is quiet, you can hear the birds singing and the crickets chirping and frogs croaking. But with a small 10 minute drive you are in a nice town.

Surroundings
The tiny studio is located in a green environment, with the typical 'Dutch' landscape: meadows with cows and sheep, forests, streams and heaths. You are only 20 minutes away from the National Park Veluwezoom and the beautiful viewpoint the Posbank.

In the immediate vicinity are plenty of options for fun activities: cycling, hiking, boating and swimming or picnicking. Or visit one of the lovely villages and Hanseatic towns in the area. Drive between the meadows and along the river IJssel and then plop down on a terrace in Bronckhorst (10 min), Zutphen (20 min), Doesburg (10 min), Doetinchem (20 min), Apeldoorn (35 min) or Arnhem (25 min). All of them are pretty little towns with lots of sweet little streets with beautiful authentic buildings, fine boutiques and places to enjoy a drink or a meal.

And this is far from everything. During your stay we will share great tips in the field of food & drink, things to do and see. In short, come relax and enjoy everything this beautiful location has to offer.

Hi, Let me tell you something about myself and my husband Rik. This is because we share this account together, but I book most trips and also our tiny houses management. First of all, I'll introduce myself. My name is Nadine, I would describe myself as a creative and travel-loving type who likes to see something of the world and inspire people. I inspire this through my work, I am an independent entrepreneur and have my own creative studio called "Studio Form Creative". With my own studio, I mainly help creative entrepreneurs create a strong brand, with my specialism the visual aspect. I love to create beautiful things, but also to discover. And this creative and inspiring aspect is exactly what my husband Rik has. He also undertakes as an independent entrepreneur and has his own kitchen company called "De Zeug". He also loves to travel to be inspired and helps people realize their dream wishes for the kitchen. Working with beautiful natural and sustainable products with a preference for the past is his passion. When traveling, we choose places that inspire us. A hotel or place that is not typical, but tells a special story (visual or substantive). Our passions for travel, creativity and inspiration come together in our holiday cottages, called tiny studios Jot + Fest. Both can be booked on airbnb! Tiny Studios Jot + Fest is where my styling background meets the craftsmanship that Rik masters. In addition, the tiny concept story "Less house, more life" appeals to us. We also don't need much, prefer to make memories and be aware of our surroundings. So prefer to make conscious choices for some nice stuff and work with the right materials. This together makes two different tiny houses were born, in the base the same building but both with a different decor and atmosphere! Traveling has made sure that the concept of our tiny studios has become so, with the elements that make us happy. In the meantime, we're traveling in search of new inspiring places. Perhaps to take elements of this into the experience of our cottages!
