Welcome to Tin Perch Loft, (formerly the Dilly) a charming second-story apartment in St. Paul, NE. Built in 1915, this historic loft features its original pressed-tin ceiling, and other vintage details with some modern upgrades, and a private open-air patio — a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, unwind with a book, or relax under the open sky.

My husband and I were both raised NE area and still live there today with our two sons. We spend a lot of our time mat-side watching our boys wrestle. We enjoy golfing, the outdoors, and good food. We have three dogs, a cat, and several chickens on our small acreage. I was a CPA for over 15 years. I traded the stress for more time with my kids and husband and now work in private accounting! My husband has installed commercial fire sprinklers for over 25 years.
