1. The apartment is bright and airy with lovely views all around. Enjoy the privilege of an exclusive Kitchen, reserved and covered car parking, TV with Tatasky, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, AC, Water purifier, Rice cooker, Pressure cooker, Bread Toaster, Microwave Oven with Convection Grill, Coffee maker, pots and pans/cutlery, Induction Cook top, Electric Kettle, Hair Dryer, Iron Box/Board, 24 Hour Security, lift with back up generator, Solar Hot Water, addl Electric water Geyser, 3 Balconies with Pool/Garden views.

2. Work-from-home guests enjoy Super fast Wi-Fi (5G-250Mbps) with excellent work spaces, a wall-desk, table lamp and Chair in the living room and high deck table and chairs in one of the balconies. The apt has two wi-fi routers to provide excellent coverage for Work from Home.

3. One of the three balconies has a high deck table with bar stools, appropriate lighting etc. A rocking chair in the balcony overlooking the beautiful Garden and Pool completes the Goan "Susegad" experience

5. The price quoted is for three persons and additional guest is charged extra upto the max limit of 5 guests. Price quoted is as per the tourist season in Goa which ranges from low to high.

6. You have the entire apartment to yourself with complete privacy.

7. The Candolim beach is about 800 meters from the apartment, Aguada Fort is 3 kms away, Calangute and Baga beaches are 5-6 kms away, while Anjuna and Vagator beaches are easily accessible. The Kingfisher Villa as it was originally famous, is 1km away.

8. The Ganapati temple is only half a kilometer away while the Shantadurga Temple and the Church of Our Lady Of Hope are both about 1 Km away from the apartment.

9. Location surrounding the property:

The property is flanked by the 4 star resort Golden Tulips on one side and the Sukhmantra Resorts and Spa on the other side. The 5 Star Acron Candolim Regina and the Country Inn and Suites by Radisson are about 200-300 meters away.

10. There are ample shops and establishments offering stuff for daily use, very close by. The Candolim Main Road has many ATMs about 400 metres away

11. Swiggy and Zomato have excellent services owing to its prime location.

The grand 5 star Acron Candolim Hotel is about 200 meters away. The 4 star Golden Tulips Resorts is adjacent on one side and the Sukhmantra Resort and Spa on the other. The neighbourhood also has The Country Inn and Suites by Radisson. Amazingly stocked Supermarkets like Newton's and Delfino's and popular dining places like Fisherman's Cove, D Candolim Deck, Tomatos, Cafe Jazz, Kokum Curry etc. are close by on the buzzing Candolim beach main road. The Candolim beach is about 800 meters away from the apartment. There are ample shops and establishments catering to your daily use requirements very close by. "Radhakrishna" Supermarket is the closest to the apartment. Wine stores are available just outside the gate. ATMs are at about 400 meters distance.
