Welcome to Timber Haven (Where the Birds Sing).
A cozy little Bird themed 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1700 sq ft Nest/Getaway.
Many varieties of birds come to perch on the branches & feast at the bird feeders just outside the kitchen nook window. A sure Bird lovers Delight.
Relish in an occasional backyard sunset from the back Patio or Spa, or unwind at the 27” Fire Pit, as you share stories, and enjoy a glass of sweet tea or wine.
So many charming features to this sweet Nest.

The space
This is a peaceful, completely remodeled/upgraded resting place. We have a little for all in this sweet Nest. As you enter through the front door entryway, there sits a Lovely Sitting /Tea Room, next to a welcoming Mediterranean style Kitchen, and a cozy breakfast nook. The nook has a view of the bird feeders/houses, as the birds come and feast and rest. Next to the nook, opens to our bird themed, leather and wood decor, "Bourbon Room" with an extra large 83" flat screen Smart TV, and Bose Sound system.
To the right of the entry way, down the hall, to the right is the laundry room, with washer and dryer, ironing board, steamer for suits/dresses, and a few stay cleaning supplies for small messes. All the bedrooms have memory foam mattresses. Bedroom 1-Queen Bed with soothing colors, with an additional XL fold up memory foam Twin mattress with bedding in the closet. Bedroom 2-is our sweet Botanical room-a Favorite. It has two XL twin memory foam beds on frames, along with an additional XL memory foam Twin fold up memory foam mattress and bedding and dresser in closet. Our Master Bedroom is our largest nest. It is a King bed with an ocean bird theme. It has an ocean themed masters bathroom. Also, in the Hallway there is a sweet guest bathroom. In the hallway, we have a Game closet, with all sorts of games. Guests will have access to the garage for parking, and in the garage is a Corn Hole Game for those wanting some outside Fun, and a Ping Pong table for added entertainment. Just put it all back where you find it.

Families encouraged, up to 6 adults max, with kids-sleeping up to 8 max.

Guest access
Everything but the Master bedroom Closet, which is for our Cleaning Service supplies. There is a open closet within the Master bedroom for hanging clothes/shoes.

Other things to note
There is a combo lock to the side gate, and the garage side door has a private lock. you can enter garage through the house.
We Have a Guest Book for all the information you will need, and a journal on the TV stand, that we hope you will let us know how your stay was and some fun you may have had in Redding. We are always looking to add excursions and local experiences to our Guest Book. Most importantly, we want you to feel welcome, relax, and enjoy your stay.
