Guest access
four bedrooms and 2 bathrooms included and a full kitchen. Guests have access to our fishing deck where you can spend all day in the sun on large bench . Guests may use the boat ramp but only for small items like jet skies.

Our home is located in a completely rural setting by the river, surrounded by nature. If you are looking for tranquility, a chance to disconnect from the city, and an opportunity to enjoy a natural environment, you will likely love your stay.
However, please consider the following:
• The house has three levels, so it is not recommended for people with limited mobility. There are stairs both at the property entrance and inside the house.
• Being surrounded by vegetation and wildlife, it is normal to encounter mosquitoes, bees, spiders, small rodents, insects, and other animals typical of the countryside—just as you would at any property located in a natural setting. We carry out regular pest control and maintenance to minimize their presence, but it is impossible to completely eliminate the nature surrounding the house.
• The property was renovated a few years ago and hosts guests regularly. This means that some furniture or fixtures may show normal signs of wear and tear, though this does not affect their functionality.
• Due to our proximity to the sea, the air has high salinity, causing some outdoor furniture and fixtures to show wear or rust more quickly. We replace items when they are no longer functional, but as long as they remain safe and useful, they stay part of the furnishings.
• Over time, we have stopped offering certain extra amenities that were previously available to guests, as they frequently suffered damage and required constant replacement. We currently prefer to focus on keeping the house clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition for your stay.
We take great pride in this property. For years, it has welcomed families and groups who return time and again because they value its location, tranquility, and connection to nature. If you are looking for an impeccably luxurious experience or a purely urban setting, another property might better suit your expectations—and we would completely understand that.
However, if you wish to enjoy a spacious, comfortable home in a peaceful natural setting with beautiful views and easy accessibility, it would be a true pleasure to welcome you. We will do our utmost to ensure you have a pleasant stay, and we hope you enjoy this place as much as we do.

Sin embargo, es importante considerar lo siguiente:
• La casa tiene tres niveles, por lo que no es recomendable para personas con movilidad limitada. Hay escaleras tanto para ingresar a la propiedad como en el interior.
• Al estar rodeada de vegetación y fauna silvestre, es normal que existan mosquitos, abejas, arañas, pequeños roedores, insectos y otros animales propios del campo, tal como sucede en cualquier propiedad ubicada en un ambiente natural. Nosotros realizamos fumigaciones y mantenimiento constantes para minimizar su presencia, pero es imposible eliminar por completo la naturaleza que rodea la casa.
• La propiedad fue remodelada hace algunos años y recibe huéspedes de manera constante. Esto significa que algunos muebles o elementos pueden presentar el desgaste normal del uso, sin afectar su funcionamiento.
• Debido a nuestra cercanía con el mar, el ambiente tiene una alta salinidad, lo que provoca que algunos muebles y accesorios de exterior presenten desgaste u oxidación con mayor rapidez. Los reemplazamos cuando dejan de ser funcionales, pero mientras siguen siendo seguros y útiles continúan formando parte del mobiliario.
• Con el paso del tiempo dejamos de ofrecer algunas amenidades adicionales que anteriormente poníamos a disposición de los huéspedes, ya que sufrían daños frecuentes y era necesario reemplazarlas constantemente. Actualmente preferimos concentrarnos en mantener la casa limpia, cómoda y en excelentes condiciones para su estancia.
Nos sentimos muy orgullosos de esta propiedad. Durante años ha recibido a familias y grupos que regresan una y otra vez porque valoran precisamente su ubicación, su tranquilidad y el contacto con la naturaleza.
Si lo que busca es una experiencia de lujo impecable o un ambiente completamente urbano, es posible que otra propiedad se adapte mejor a sus expectativas, y lo entenderemos perfectamente.
Pero si desea disfrutar de una casa amplia, cómoda, en un entorno natural, tranquilo, vistas Hermosas, muy accesible, será un verdadero placer recibirlo. Haremos todo lo posible para que tenga una estancia agradable y esperamos que disfrute este lugar tanto como nosotros.
