Positioned only 440 feet from the sandy expanse of Rockaway Beach, our residence is a haven for embracing the sun, sand, and waves that grace the Oregon coast. For those who relish crabbing and fishing, you'll be delighted to discover that some of the finest crabbing spots on the coast are just 2 miles south of our location.

Surrounded by a tapestry of lakes, streams, and ocean, our property becomes a paradise for nature enthusiasts who revel in outdoor exploration. Whether your passion lies in fishing, birdwatching, or simply immersing yourself in the serenity of nature, countless experiences await you here.

Inside, our meticulously maintained three-bedroom, two-bathroom manufactured home offers ample space and comfort for your entire family. The dwelling boasts a BBQ, a fire pit, and a spacious rear deck for observing the local wildlife. With abundant parking, you're free to bring along all your aquatic equipment for sun-soaked adventures.

When you're ready to escape the breezy beachfront and seek tranquil solitude, our Tiki area beckons—a serene retreat to gather with loved ones and relish the warmth of the fire pit, the perfect finale to an exhilarating day by the sea.

Understanding the significance of your four-legged companion, we extend a warm welcome to them as well. Just remember to bring their cherished bed! (And kindly ensure they stick to ground-level accommodations!)

Generous parking space is available on the left side and in front of the home. Please park only on gravel. There is additional parking on the right side directly in front of th fence.

Other things to note
A short 450-foot walk from the front door will lead you to the sandy embrace of the beach. Keep an eye out for the local steam locomotive, which occasionally passes right in front of the house—a charming sight to behold! Recently, a fire pit and spacious awning were added to the fire area, complemented by a provided BBQ. Please note that cooking seafood indoors is not allowed, but fear not—there's a BBQ at your disposal, just remember to clean up after use.

As your stay concludes, we kindly ask you to dispose of all garbage, initiate the dishwasher, and start one laundry load.

Neighborhood highlights

There is a fantastic hamburger joint 235 feet away (north), the beach is across the road, about 448 feet away. Out the back, you cannot see any people or entire homes, just 25 acres of birds and wildlife. A 5-minute walk south will bring you to one of the local lakes, where you can fish off the docks, or you can put in a boat. We recommend going a mile up the road and renting a crabbing boat (around $100 for the boat and 2 crab rings) for 2 hours of amazing awesome fun. Or go see our friends at the local businesses in town and see what Rockaway Beach really has to offer. When you're nestled in at home at night overlooking the 25 acres in the back yard, you can build a nice warm fire in our new fire pit and enjoy the stars under the peaceful clear skies. The home has all new furniture, beds, and mattresses so it's very comfortable, and the entire home is yours for the stay. There are surveillance cameras posted throughout the property for your protection.
