Workers welcome. Open all year. Newly renovated 3 bedroom 1 bath mobile home. Newer furnishings. Fully functional kitchen and barbeque on the deck. Lots of parking. Free laundry and Wifi. Huge fenced in deck and a Juliette balcony off of the kitchen. Queen bed and 2 XL twin beds w Memory Foam. 2 TVs. Pet friendly (1 dog). Holds 4 people comfortably. Additional fees apply for more than 4 (Adults) and for pets. Monthly and weekly discounts available but cannot be combined.

The space
Upgrade - a 14,000 BTU portable air conditioner and another in the \master bedroom. Has free Wifi and Roku TV. Free washer and dryer on premises. A drinking water filtration system has been added. Easy access to the highway and the hospital. Great view of the big blue sky and the prairies. A short walk to Grotto Gardens. View of the pasture where there is usually horses or cattle grazing and Bison.

Guest access
Guests will have the entire space. Parking for 2 vehicles in front and another spot along the roadway if needed. Short drive to downtown or the hospital. Just off the #21 highway.

We are following Airbnb's cleaning protocol for Covid 19 so cleaning fees apply. Professionally cleaned. Damage deposit not claimed or charged unless there is damage to the property. Smoking/vaping allowed on the deck only or additional cleaning fees will apply. No parties or unregistered guests.

I work part time as a Registered Nurse. I like to travel and have done quite a bit of it mainly throughout Europe and most of Canada. I live here for my job and thought an Airbnb would be a great way to meet people and make some extra money for my travels. I am a big music fan and have been playing drums for several years. If you are a guest at the LOFT, we live on the main floor of the house in a separate suite.
