Quick access to main roads that lead to beaches, hotel zone, museums and more.

Apt 4 is a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit.

Guest have access to the entire grounds which consists of the front gazebo/patio and rear pool.

Guest have access to the Laundry room which is located in the hallway next to the pool.

Other things to note
NO PETS ALLOWED
We love them, but unfortunately, our space is not suitable to accommodate them.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please no smoking inside the apartment! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our space as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your returns :)

POOL RULES
1.Swim at your own risk.
2. Children must be supervised at all times! And NO swimming in diaper.
3. No running around the pool
4. No diving.
5. No glass containers/bottle in the pool area.
6. No rough play or pushing.
7. Shower before entering the pool.
8. No food or drinks IN the pool.
9. Keep the pool area clean.

BEACH ESSENTIALS
We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler.
We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.
