Small & Simple! This flat is located on the second floor in the center of DePere on the East side of the Fox River. Our historic downtown is loaded with a bit of everything including the much anticipated Mulva Cultural Center opening in late fall 2024. Steps away from Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Yoga Studios, and an abundance of boutique shopping experiences. Located about 10min from Lambeau Field and the Titletown District!

The space
This flat is small & cozy with one bedroom, living area, kitchen and bathroom…think of it as your first apartment without the Roomate or milk crate / 2x4 TV stand.

Guest access
You will access to the Airbnb along with the common areas in these old buildings. Around the corner, outside of the entry door, to your right is an additional common area bathroom and washer & dryer.

Other things to note
Pets are awesome and “almost” always welcomed but please be honest and let us know if they are shedding monsters or if they will be vocal if left alone in the flat while you’re out.

Additional clean up fees will be requested if the hair is excessive. Also please keep pets off of the furniture including the bed.
