A very affordable loft-type 1BR apartment along Bayani Rd., Taguig City with a peaceful, safe and gated village with friendly security staff.

A commercialized area outside the village has so many things to offer with just a minute walk to the gate! Lots of good food, convenience stores, pharmacy and banks. Transportation is very accessible as well.

The space
The Space

A 70 sqm 1 BR loft-type spacious apartment, with a full glass main entrance to the living/dining room that can turn the area into an outdoor type / veranda vibes — That is from its original design of the old house.

The room is fully air-conditioned from dining to bedroom. The design is simple yet appealing to the eyes of people who come in to stay and relax. We also made a personalized rotating television cabinet made out of wood for your preferred area of binge watching.

Since we are inside a gated village, security at the gate may take 1 valid ID in exchange for a guest pass. We strictly require to submit your vehicle for us to endorse you to the admin to avoid ay vehicle fees
