The space
The property is located on an acre on a quiet cul-de-sac street in a safe and friendly family neighborhood close to downtown. Located a few blocks with easy access to SR9 and SR59 leading to the various nearby national and state parks. Travelers use it as a launching off point for visiting the areas National and state parks including, Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, Snow Canyon, Red Cliffs, Cliff Dwellers, Coral Pinks, Sand Hollow, Lake Powell, Valley of Fire and countless hiking and biking trails. In addition to countless opportunities for year round outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cycling, skiing, hunting, off-road motorsports, boating, fishing, climbing, or just a laid-back escape.
We want to insure that all of our guests understand the only access to the apartment requires climbing a flight of stairs. If you and your travel companions are not physically capable to safetly go up and down the stairs in all weather conditions (heat, rain, dark etc) due to age or physical limitations, we encourage you to book at another location. We want our guest to have the best vacation possible!
Guest access
The hot tub is located inside our back yard for safety purposes but guests are welcome to use it. We ask that guests let us know 15 minutes prior to use. We do our best to assure privacy while guests are using the hot tub but please note do have kids and this is located in a shared space.
Other things to note
We take cleanliness very seriously in our loft and you can rest assured that your apartment has been cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards. All surfaces in the loft are sanitized after each guest. You may faintly notice a fresh rain scent when you arrive that comes from the generated ozone treatment that the apartment receives after each guest giving you an additional peace of mind and the highest possible sanitization. When staying with us you will have the comfort of knowing you are avoiding the pitfalls of hotels or poorly thought out rentals. You will have ample doorstep parking for several vehicles if needed, a full private laundry, no shared spaces, private access, a full-sized and fully-stocked kitchen, quality climate control, dependable WIFI, access to subscription entertainment, and most of all peace and quiet

Neighborhood highlights
We live on a dead end street with a historical monument and hike right next to the house. There are several hidden gems within minutes of the house as far as eating, coffee, and hiking. We are semirural so expect to see chickens, cattle and some wildlife as we are located against the Hurricane plateau so the entire area to the east is undeveloped.
