The space
WS Ranch is a fully private retreat set on open prairie outside Three Oaks built for groups who want space, beauty, and everything they need to never leave the property.


Inside the main farmhouse, vaulted ceilings and reclaimed beams frame panoramic prairie views. A stone fireplace anchors the great room. The chef's kitchen — Thor range, oversized island, custom cabinetry — was designed for long dinners and slow mornings. Four bedrooms and 4.5 baths sleep 12 comfortably across the main house and separate cabin loft.


Outside, the property unfolds across 10 acres. A gravel path leads to the heated pool and cedar-lined pool house with lounge, kitchenette, and full bath — made for golden-hour gatherings and barefoot afternoons. The outdoor kitchen and dining area are ideal for sunset meals.


The separate cabin loft is a private retreat above the garage with its own sitting area and workspace — perfect for teens, couples, or anyone who needs their own space.


Walk down to the spring-fed lake for fishing, paddleboarding, or simply watching the morning mist lift. The basketball court, open prairie trails, and fire pit round out a property that genuinely has something for everyone.

Built with care and reverence, every trail, tree, and view line was shaped to preserve what was here long before us.
