This peaceful and private location in the heart of the Highlands provides a great base for those who enjoy the outdoors or the peace and quiet to relax. It is the perfect spot for walking, cycling, fishing, skiing, water sports and wildlife spotting. It is a central point on the Great Glen Way meaning nothing is too far from here such as Loch Ness or Ben Nevis. It is also on the way to Skye meaning it provides a perfect stopover to recharge before carrying on through the Highlands.

The space
The bedroom/living and kitchen area are open plan with a separate bathroom - which provides a toilet, wash hand basin and an electric shower. The living/kitchen area is a small cosy place to relax with a stunning view.

Please also note that our shower provided is not a power shower and runs off mains pressure.

There is options to eat out nearby such as the Invergarry Hotel and Emily’s Byre being the nearest although a stop for essentials is recommended before arrival. There is also a small petrol station/shop in the village.

Invergarry is a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with easy access. The Wee Knoll is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of the Scottish Highlands with Ben Nevis and Loch Ness only being a short drive away. Everything is more or less at your doorstep in the Highlands, with major landmarks never being too far away, making The Wee Knoll a perfect place for exploring the Scottish Highlands. Everything is accessible by bus, train or driving. As we are located on the way to Skye, we are a perfect stop-over point for anyone travelling this way to explore Invergarry and its surrounding attractions.

It is also the perfect stay for some of the events that are held here every year such as the mountain biking world Cup, the Scottish six-day trials, and the highland games.

It is also an ideal location for anyone walking/cycling the Great Glen Way as we have outdoor storage with a lock to keep all of your belongings safe!
