A quick 90-min drive from Chicago - This modern, minimalist, airy, newly constructed home nestled in private sand dunes steps away from Lake Michigan beaches, Grand Mere State Park, and all that SW Michigan has to offer! Relax in the hot tub after a day of hiking, touring wineries/breweries, fine dining, or enjoying the beach. Complete with its own private pool, fire pit & hot tub, ‘The Wedge' offers you a unique escape to connect with nature - a perfect getaway with friends & family!

The space
The house has a spacious, open-concept living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows in the common area. The house has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Three bedrooms have queen beds and ensuite bathroom access. The bunk room can sleep 6, featuring 3 twin bunk beds. There are also two twin beds in the loft area of the bedroom with a climbing wall. It can be hard to access those beds however.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house + private heated pool with minimum 79 degrees that will stay open from May till the end of September, hot tub and fire pit and lake solis access for non-motorized water sports.

Other things to note
*Only 2 other homes in the community have a private pool* Located 20 mins from downtown New Buffalo, 5 mins from Watermark Brewery and many other local breweries and restaurants!
