The entire 3-level estate is exclusively yours, no shared spaces and no other guests.

Guest access
Guests have full and exclusive access to all 3 levels of The W Estate. The main level living room, chef's kitchen, formal dining, and half bath are all yours. Upstairs you'll enjoy 4 private bedrooms, 2 full baths, and the office nook. Downstairs the entire entertainment complex is open to you, including the cinema, pool table, LED game lounge, kitchenette/bar, full bath, and the 6th bedroom. Outside, the deck, gazebo with fire pit, gas grill, and fully fenced backyard are yours to enjoy day and night. Self check-in via smart lock. Free driveway parking for multiple vehicles.
Other things to note
No pets allowed. If a pet is on the property a $250 fee will apply and may result in termination of the stay. No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside near the fire pit. Quiet hours after 11 PM out of respect for the neighborhood. The lead guest who booked must be present at check-in. Exterior security cameras are present for safety, no interior cameras anywhere. The theater room has an exterior door for emergency egress only—please keep both the main door and security door closed during your stay to prevent insects and maintain climate control.
