You will have exclusive access to the entire villa during your stay — including:

The villa is not shared with any other guests or staff. It’s yours to enjoy in complete privacy and comfort.
We respect your space but are always available should you need anything — from restaurant tips to arranging airport pickup or in-villa massages.
Other things to note
Check-In/Check-Out Times: Our standard check-in time is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. If you require flexibility around these times, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on our booking schedule.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in. This is to cover any incidental damages that may occur during your stay. The deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided there are no damages to the property.
House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking inside the villa, no pets, and respecting the quiet hours from 11 PM to 9 AM.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The villa is cleaned prior to your arrival and once a week during your stay, including towels and bed linens laundry. Additional cleaning and laundry services can be arranged upon request for an extra charge. Pool and garden maintenance are conducted regularly to ensure they are in pristine condition for your enjoyment.
Utilities: Please note that at check-in and check-out, electric meter is recorded. Electricity is charged separately based on your usage at 8 THB per kW. This is common practice in Koh Samui to encourage energy conservation and sustainability. Water, however, is included in your stay.
Safety: For your safety, the villa is equipped with a first-aid kit, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, and safety deposit box for your valuables. We also provide emergency contact numbers for your peace of mind.
Local Attractions and Services: Information about local attractions, dining options, and services such as car rentals, tour bookings, and more are available in the villa. We're happy to assist with recommendations and arrangements to enhance your stay.
Connectivity: Free high speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa for your convenience.
Environment: Our villa is located in a peaceful residential area. We encourage our guests to respect the local community and environment during their stay.
