🙇♀️ As much as we love our furry friends, for compliance of strict Condo policy, No Pets are allowed in the Condo premises.
🚭 Stricly no smoking inside the unit or in any part of the CTC premises - Vape and Cigarettes.
🙅♀️ No unregistered guests/visitors
FEES FOR DAMAGES & MISSING ITEMS AND/OR VIOLATIONS OF CONDO AND HOST POLICIES:

CLEANING FEES have a standard price of Php500.00 (light cleaning) covered by your host. For MAJOR stains and severe mess that requires deep cleaning will incur additional charges to be covered by the GUEST which are as follows:
Stains, vomit, blood, pee & food stains:
Bed linens/carpets/towels - Php1,500.00
Stains, vomit, blood, pee & food stains:
Bed matress, bed frame & Sofa bed - Php3,000.00
MISSING ITEMS:
Appliances, electronics, kitchenwares & unit items - Actual cost of items
VIOLATIONS:
Penalties are subject to actual Condo Policy Compliance (penalty fees)
EXTENSION POLICY:
Need to stay longer? Please message us 2 hours before check out time. Extensions are permitted for a maximum of 1 additional night only, pending availability. Your extension is only guaranteed once payment is fully settled.
All extension requests must be confirmed. Unconfirmed or unpaid late stays will be subject to standard late check-out fees.
