This space is truly one-of-a-kind! Enjoy the charm of an older home with beautifully preserved original doors and trim, while also benefiting from modern renovations, a brand-new kitchen, stylish lighting, and a luxurious bathroom. It’s the perfect blend of historic character and contemporary comfort.
Located in the top half of a duplex, you may hear some noise from the lower unit, but we kindly ask all guests to be mindful to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Please note that yard access is exclusive to the bottom unit.
Location is everything! Just a block from the CeMar Trail, you can easily stroll east to Starbucks or head west to explore Uptown Marion, Thomas Park, and beyond!

This space is the top half of a duplex, with a completely separate entrance. There are no shared doors or spaces, so you have it all to yourself!
Other things to note
The private guest suite on the bottom half of the house is also an Airbnb and is pet friendly! So you may see pets in the yard, but they are fenced off from your entrance, and will be leashed at all times
