This home is in a scenic location.
The Upper Deck is a delightful recently redecorated first floor apartment with a south facing roof terrace tucked away in a quiet residential area in the scenic seaside town of Ventnor.
Located just a short walk to the Town Centre, Beach and Esplanade. Ventnor boasts many fine eating and dining places to suit everyone's needs.
The Island offers many walks to enjoy and beautiful scenery is a great place to explore by foot, bike or car, with numerous places to visit for all ages.
The space
A light and well proportioned first floor maisonette with access via an external metal staircase. Newly decorated to a good standard it is your home from home.
The spacious open plan living room has double glazed doors opening onto a south facing roof terrace with views up to the Downs and a partial sea view. On a pleasant evening enjoy alfresco dining.
Well appointed living / dining area and kitchen.
A double bedroom with ensuite shower room, the second bedroom comprising two single beds. Family bathroom.
Well furnished, TV's , DVD's and something to keep you occupied if the weather is less than favourable, or fancy an evening in.
The property has the benefit of its own parking space (No 10) adjacent to the building.

On arriving via Spring Gardens off Madeira Vale the property can be seen on the left with parking space no10 adjacent.
Gated access to the side provides access to a metal staircase to the property. The key will be in a key safe, the code to which will be provided on the day of arrival.
Internally all areas are accessible with the exception of a few cupboards and externally the outside storage shed.

A quiet residential area within easy reach of the Seafront and the Town Centre, which offers some lovely restaurants, Ventnor Downs and The Botanical Gardens are a short drive away and well worth a visit.
Ventnor is a busy town with on street restricted parking and a pay and display car park opposite Tesco's. There are a good selection of shops and some very good restaurants.
The Esplanade has a car parks at either end. A pleasant sandy beach to enjoy with seaside bars and cafes.
A coastal walk to Steephill Cove or via Ventnor Park are worth a visit as is a stop off at the Beach Shack or The Crab Shack for delicious refreshments.
Similarly a walk to Bonchurch via The Seapot is well worth it.
Ventnor offers some very good dining at the True Food Kitchen, The Smoking Lobster, The Bistro, The Drunken lobster to name just a few of the restaurants available within walking distance. There are several Pubs and Bars.
It is advisable particularly during busy times to book restaurants in advance to avoid disappointment.
