Other things to note
⭐Early Check-in & Late Check-out Requests
Please inform/inquire us before booking so we can check the availability. We will not allow late check-out requests for more than an hour in advance even if the next date is available. As we'll have to block the entire day for your request. Thus, we will not be able to have it booked for 1 night. The minimum request has to be 5 hours.
NOTE: any request on early check-in & late check-out will incur additional fee for ₱200/hr.
⭐NOTE: We DON’T ALLOW PETS inside our unit.
⭐PARKING
We suggest to park your vehicle in IT Park for overnight paid parking slot availability. Motorcycles can be parked for free but it is subject to change in the future.
⭐We kindly ask all guests to follow the house rules to help us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone. Leaving STAINS to our bedsheets, pillowcases, sofabed/pull-out bed, floor, curtain and vandalism to walls will be charged with fees depending on the severity.
⭐Change of or extra sheets/towels
We will only accept requests for change/extra sheets, towels, or both for stays for minimum of 7 days. Requests for change of or extra sheets or towels or both are subject to an additional fee of P200.00 each.
⭐All guests are required to submit valid IDs as pre-check-in requirements. These are required by the property for security reasons. By submitting your IDs, you agree to disclose all ID-related information in compliance of the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines.
