On one occasion, we faced an unforeseen water supply issue, which we promptly addressed by providing guests with ample bottled water. Unfortunately, this coincided with scheduled bridge repairs that led to a temporary road closure. While both situations were entirely beyond our control, they resulted in a less-than-ideal experience for one guest, who subsequently left a negative review, despite our best efforts.
The Thatch is a cozy escape to relax and enjoy nature we do not have Wi-Fi, just peace and quiet.
