› Day visitors are allowed, but they:
- Must be included in the head count
- Require prior approval at least 24 hours before the intended visit
- Must present valid IDs to process a Guest Authorization Form

🧑🍳 Cooking & Food Policy
› Only light cooking is permitted

- Be cautious when eating on the sofa, especially around linens. Heavy or permanent stains will incur a corresponding cleaning or replacement fee.
› Food deliveries must be picked up from the lobby of Tower 4.

› Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not allowed inside the unit, on the balcony, or in any shared/common areas.
› A violation will result in fine plus cleaning costs.

› No commercial filming, product shoots, or adult content is permitted on the property.
› Personal vloggers and lifestyle creators may contact the host in advance for approval.
🤫 Quiet Hours
› Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
› Noise complaints may result in fines or penalties imposed by building management.

› Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit.
› Refrain hanging of clothes on the balcony.

Other things to note
🧹 Cleanliness & Maintenance
› We follow a Clean-As-You-Go policy. Please wash dishes, dispose of trash, and return items to their original place before check-out.
› An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the unit is left excessively messy or requires deep cleaning.
› No rearranging of furniture, appliances, or decor.
› Do not tamper with Wi-Fi routers, dedicated storage cabinets, or any locked compartments.
🗓️ Cleaning Services for Long-Term Guests
› Weekly cleaning is available for stays of 7 days or more, including fresh towels and linens.
› Guests must inform us of their preferred day and time for scheduling.
