Welcome to your home away from home in one of Chicago's most vibrant and welcoming areas! Located on a 3rd floor of a classic walk-up building (no elevator), this bright and cozy studio is great for solo travelers, couples, or business visitors eager to experience the city.
Situated in the heart of Boystown, be surrounded by energy, color, and some of the city's top dining & nightlife options. Just minutes away is the iconic Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs and endless year-round events.

Other things to note
The place is located on a 3rd floor not elevator.
Also the leather couch is more for a kid or someone small/light, otherwise could be uncomfortable.

Pets have to be registered in the reservation and pay the $200 fee according our policies. If you have a service animal please notify it and you will be responsible for cleaning the mess after the stay (pet hair, food, etc).

We do not offer washcloths.

About parking:

Our building doesn’t offer a parking lot so parking is on the street and here the options you have:

- Broadway St: metered parking ($14/2 hours)

- Clarendon Ave: FREE STREET PARKING 24/7

- Cuyler Ave: FREE STREET PARKING from 6 am to 6 pm

- Neighborhood: If you want to reserve a spot in the neighborhood, we recommend the apps Spot Hero or Park Whiz, they offer affordable prices in the neighborhood.
