IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR STAY
1. Second-Floor Apartment
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Please plan accordingly, especially when traveling with luggage.
2. Traveling with Pets 🐾
All pets must be registered on the reservation and are subject to our $200 pet fee, according to our policies.
If you are traveling with a service animal, please notify us in advance. Guests are responsible for leaving the apartment reasonably clean and addressing any excessive mess associated with the animal, such as food or waste.
3. Washcloths
Please note that we do not provide washcloths. We provide regular bath towels and hand towels.
4. Parking 🚗
We offer one private parking spot for $20/night, subject to availability and best suited for small or medium-sized vehicles. Please request it in advance.
Street Parking:
* Parking directly in front of the building on Glenwood Ave is limited and requires a residential permit from 4 PM–6 AM.
* Loyola Ave offers free street parking 24/7. Availability is not guaranteed, so some patience may be needed to find a spot.
Paid parking options may also be available nearby through SpotHero or ParkWhiz.
