The Speakeasy Loft is located on the third floor of the Archer Avenue Lofts in the historic district of Marshall, IL. The building was built in 1895 and the third floor was a Speakeasy during the days of Prohibition. The building has been renovated with the Gypsy Queen Coffee Bar on the first floor. The walls were left as they were found and looking close you will find original writing on them from back in the day. The stage still has its original wood floor. The Speakeasy has its own vibe!

Neighborhood highlights
The Speakeasy Loft is located on the Courthouse square in the historic district of Marshall. The Gypsy Queen Coffee Bar is located on the first floor. There is a clothing Boutique (Tatums) right next door and the Marshall Public Library is just down the street. Two pizzerias and other restaurants are on the same block or within walking distance. During the summer months the City Band plays every Friday night on the courthouse lawn along with a Farmers Market for all to enjoy.
