The full house and outdoor areas are accessible except for a few places -

- No access to owner's storages. There are 2 of them, both with their own locks

- No access to the black box on the patio

- No access to the crawl space

- No access beyond the fences

Other things to note
The house is on a cliff. Please be careful around the property as you can easily fall and hurt yourself

You might also run into wildlife, please be respectful and maintain your distance for both your and their protection

We try our best with pest control but you might still see some bugs as this is a mountainous area

This is a rural area. Please be prepared as the electricity might go out occasionally. We provide electric lanterns and torches to be used in those cases

Tapwater is drinkable and we also have a water dispenser with the fridge. However, please have spare water with you as the city might shut off water in emergency cases

Since the property is in a mountainous area, there will be outdoor fire bans, so please plan accordingly

Finally, you will need to climb stairs to both access the property and also to get to the second floor
