The house is located on a main road, so winter access to the property is a breeze. The cabin is located on the Saco River in Bartlett, New Hampshire. Whether you want to relax on the beach and just get a tan by the water, or enjoy some fishing, this little bit of heaven on the river is just a short 2 minute walk on the private path from the house. This amazing bend in the river provides a great swimming hole for the whole family and an awesome sandbar completes the package.
There are two separate cabins on this property. If you have a larger group than 12 and wish to rent both cabins, please reach out and we can accommodate you.
