The Rooftop House Nash is the perfect place to stay to experience Music City! We have a well-equipped rooftop with skyline views and are a 5 minute walk to The Gulch neighborhood, a 10 minute Uber from the airport, a 5 minute Uber to Broadway, and walkable to many areas including 12th South, Edgehill, Wedgewood Houston, & Capital View. The space
The house is new and thoughtfully decorated to accommodate travelers! Unlike other area rentals, we have NO SHARED walls...this is a freestanding house and not a duplex. We have TVs and full length mirrors in every bedroom. With 11 beds, there are plenty of options for sleeping and no one will be fighting over rooms because they are all fantastic. Every entry point has key code locks for your convenience. The property has a two car garage and there is additional parking in front of the property on the street.

On New Years Eve and 4th of July, enjoy the downtown fireworks from the roof!!!

We have everything you need to cook a large meal - pots and pans, baking sheets, utensils, a large crock pot, etc. Our large dining room table sits 7 and we have 4 bar seats in the kitchen. We also have coolers in the garage if you like to enjoy your beverages iced cold!

Your hosts are Nashville restaurant and brewery aficionados and have plenty of recommendations for you! We're so happy you're here!

Neighborhood highlights

The Gulch is a high end restaurant and shopping district very close to downtown (e.g. Broadway) Nashville. There are multiple high end hotels with rooftop cocktail lounges (The W, The Thompson) to walk to, as well as celebrity owned boutiques. The house is on the edge of the Gulch (a 5 minute downhill walk). There are usually wifi enabled scooters available for guest use around our property as well.
