About the Area
Located on a 57-acre farm overlooking the Little Pigeon River, with direct access to “The Island” for river fun. The deck faces the Great Smoky Mountains, including views of Mt. Leconte and the Appalachian Trail peaks. Guests can wander the property, enjoy the mural on the barn, and soak in the natural beauty.

There are two extra bedrooms that have been closed off. We use these two rooms strictly for the wedding venue and the bridesmaids. This is a separate listing because in works in conjunction with the wedding venue.

Guest access
All areas of house except laundry room, upstairs bedroom, and downstairs front bedroom with twin beds. The additional bedrooms are available when renting River Place V listing.

Other things to note
Spring, summer, and fall there will be the lawn service once a week or sometimes once every other week. They will contact me and let me know when they are coming and I will pass this information to you as my guests. We want to keep it looking pretty for you.

Neighborhood highlights

This house is not your average farm house. It has been completely renovated to a modern sleek feel.
The farm is located in downtown Sevierville, right on the river. 10 minutes to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are 30 minutes away. Knoxville is just up the road about 30 minutes as well.
There is so much to do and explore. Make this your best adventure ever!
Do understand this is a working farm. From time to time there will be tractors in the field cutting hay or maintaining the grounds. We will be as respectful about the time as we can and will limit activities, but understand we have to work with the weather also. Thank you for your understanding. Enjoy watching someone else work!

I love to travel and stay in Airbnb's the majority of time. I enjoy privacy as a guest and have incorporated that into our listings. We didn't put our properties right on top of each other. I appreciate it when hosts include luxury, functional, and thoughtful amenities in properties that I stay at and so I include luxurious robes, bamboo sheets, super comfy quality mattresses, plenty of toilet paper, and even a selection of toiletries just in case a guest forgot something.
